Requirements:

• A proven track record as a Project Manager on large scale projects.
• Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Construction to Degree or diploma level.
• Proven experience in managing construction programs & project Scheduling.
• Experience with a top or second tier organization on Hospital or luxury high rise residential projects.
• A stable work history with a of years local experience .
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Able to present and represent the company ay high level meetings.
